Murray Engineers provides geotechnical consultation services to evaluate geotechnical and geohazards when purchasing properties.  The main purpose of our real estate consultation service is to enable the client to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of a property in geotechnical terms.  Real estate geotechnical consultations include visual evaluation of existing site characteristics, including potential geotechnical hazards and relative performance of existing foundations, as well as document review of previous geotechnical and geological reports relating to the property, previous development of the site, and as-built and proposed site development plans.“
